Caterpillar Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a complex production line, preparing schedules and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will supervise line workers, train new hires, manage scheduling, promote continuous improvement, and report production performance to managers to support efficient operations and strong teamwork.

Competenze

• BS Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or related field.
• 50% English level, written and oral communication.
• Availability to work in Finsa west.
• Available to work the second shift if required.

Role Definition
