You will assist in resolving production issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, or productivity, and monitor production performance to help address inefficiencies. You will support production teams in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets, troubleshoot equipment and processes, and participate in PFMEA,

• Assist with equipment installation, product transfers, process changes, and process validation activities.
• Support implementation of engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Participate in PFMEA, process reviews, and risk assessments.
• Collect, analyze, and report production and quality data.
