• Encourages teamwork with Materials Planning and Engineering to assure successful product launches.
• Reviews, develops, and analyzes reports, forecasts and metrics to drive action.
• Solves scheduling issues related to planning and production scheduling, incorporating engineering changes.
• Participates in the department's strategic plan and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
