Chromalloy is a global engineering and solutions company supplying aftermarket parts, repairs and support for aircraft engines and gas turbines. We are seeking a Production Operator to execute preparation, surface treatment and finishing of aviation components in a controlled aerospace environment.

You will operate specialized machinery across plasma coating, blending, sandblast and chemical cleaning processes, while recording parameters and ensuring traceability per AS9100 standards.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in aerospace manufacturing workshops or metalworking facilities.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of FAA, EASA, AFAC, CAAC standards is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to written procedures.
• Ability to follow technical documentation and maintain traceability.

Responsabilidades

• Operate plasma coating equipment to apply coatings on aerospace components.
• Polish blades and engine parts without altering geometry.
• Perform sandblasting to clean and texture surfaces.
• Conduct chemical cleaning and conditioning of parts as required.
• Run heat treatment processes in industrial furnaces and monitor cycles.
• Maintain accurate process records and batch traceability in work orders.
