Valeo is seeking a Production Operator in Mexico to perform Level 1 and Level 2 production tasks, monitor machines, supply materials, and inspect quality while upholding safety and 5S standards in a busy plant.

The role offers a permanent contract and full-time hours, with opportunities to participate in continuous improvement projects and cross-training within a global automotive tech company focused on greener mobility.

Responsabilidades

• Level 1 production operations: perform tasks per standards, monitor quality at machine inputs and outputs, and report anomalies.
• Provide materials and small equipment, maintain workspace cleanliness and 5S adherence.
• Level 2 participate in series changes, perform quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.
• Maintain operating and safety status of production installations; assist in level 1 maintenance when needed.
