Job summary

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge gained through practical experience or on-the-job training.
• Ability to perform activities independently per procedures and work instructions.
• Understanding of equipment, tools, and processes within the area of responsibility.
• Ability to identify routine operational issues and support resolution through proper actions.

Responsibilities

• Performs operational activities independently in accordance with established procedures, work instructions and operational requirements.
• Operates equipment, tools, materials or systems safely and effectively to support operational objectives.
• Ensures consistent compliance with quality standards, work instructions and operational procedures.
• Monitors operational processes and identifies deviations, issues or inefficiencies requiring attention or corrective action.
• Supports achievement of productivity, quality, delivery and operational performance targets within the area of responsibility.
• Assists in onboarding, training or supporting less experienced colleagues in the application of established work methods and procedures.
• Contributes to continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety or workplace organisation.
• Maintains compliance with safety requirements, workplace regulations and company standards.
• Collaborates with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operational flow and achievement of operational objectives.
