Job summary

Freudenberg in Mexico is looking for manufacturing personnel to produce, assemble and repair components using CNC machines and other equipment. You will read drawings, follow procedures, and ensure quality while meeting production orders.

You will participate in continuous improvement and interact with customers in the service center as needed, contributing to a clean, safe and efficient workplace. This role is on-site in Querétaro.

Responsibilities

• Produces or repairs a product
• Follows established and new procedures for machining/assembling/repairing/operating various manufacturing equipment to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials
• Ensures the quality of the manufactured components
• Processes production orders on-time
• Continuous improvement of workplace and processes
• Reads and interprets drawings
• Reads and edits preprogramed machines, eventually programs (CNC) machines
• In a service center resolves customer inquiries and complaints by directly interacting with the customer
