• Experience coordinating production schedules and staffing.
• Ability to identify problems and implement improvements.
• Knowledge of safety policies and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures production volume, cost and quality and meets production schedules.
• Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets.
• Monitors production processes and staffing levels and implements schedules, methods, and processes.
• Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process.
• Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Supervises Support track employees and may perform similar work as their subordinates.
