Zebra Technologies in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Production Machine Operator to keep our lines running smoothly. You will set up, operate, and maintain rewind/converting machinery, following work orders and ISO procedures to ensure high-quality output.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in manufacturing machine operation, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and are comfortable handling up to 22 kg. We offer hybrid work options, flexible hours, and wellbeing initiatives.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year hands-on machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22 kg).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in converting or flexography is a plus.
• Experience operating label converting equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and math/measurement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Machine operation and setup for rewind/converting machinery.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude for equipment.
• Perform adjustments, diagnostics, and minor troubleshooting.
• Follow work orders, labeling instructions, and SOPs.
• Execute quality inspections per ISO standards.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance.
• Collaborate with team and shift supervisors to hit targets.
