Zebra Technologies in Queretaro, Mexico, seeks a Production Machine Operator to set up and run rewind/converting machinery. You will follow detailed work orders, apply basic troubleshooting, and ensure labeling accuracy while maintaining ISO-compliant quality and a safe workspace.

The role supports a high-throughput production line with emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with hybrid work options and growth opportunities in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (22 kg) and working around heavy machinery.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Machine Operation & Setup: Perform full setup and operate rewind/converting machinery to process materials per work order specifications.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Understand basic mechanical operations and components of assigned equipment.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Conduct basic adjustments, diagnostic routines, and minor mechanical troubleshooting using hand tools.
• Work Order Compliance: Follow detailed work orders, product labeling instructions, and SOPs.
• Quality Assurance: Execute routine quality inspections adhering to ISO standards to ensure product integrity.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow safety regulations, including PPE.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with team members and shift supervisors to meet daily production targets and continuous improvement goals.
