Marelli GT in San Francisco Plant is seeking a Product Quality Supervisor to lead the quality team and align activities with the plant and customer quality strategy. You will coordinate and plan the team's work, monitor progress, ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, and supervise product audits and mass-production quality checks.

English fluency and 3 years leadership experience are required.

Formación

• 3 years’ experience in similar role
• 3 years leadership experience
• Good Technical understanding
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 std and ISO 19001

• 1 Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• 2 Verify and monitor product measurement and validation activities.
• 3 Verify and monitor the product delivered to the customer.
• 4 Responsible for the monthly product audit and testing.
• 5 Verify and monitor product quality in mass production.
• 6 Verify and monitor quality prior to the start of production, including the launch phases of a new project.
• 7 Monitor and ensure compliance with the activities described in the procedure for corrective actions and control of nonconforming products.
• 8 Issue documents regarding product quality standards (applies to CBU and EBU).
• 9 Verify and monitor KFDs or documents as required by the customer (applies to HBU)
• 10 Confirmation and monitoring of internal and customer audits
• 11 Responsibilities under the Quality Standard

About the Position:

We are looking for a Product Quality Supervisor to join the Quality - Marelli GT team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.

This position is based at our office in San Francisco Plant.

As the Product Quality Supervisor at Marelli, you will be responsible Coordinate and plan the team's activities and monitor their progress in relation to the strategy for meeting indicators related to plant and customer quality assurance within the company's business unit.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• 1 Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.

What Qualifications you will bring:

• EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Industrial Engineering o a fin.
• LANGUAGES: English fluent
• EXPERIENCES:
• 3 years’ experience in similar role
• 3 years leadership experience
• Good Technical understanding
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 std and ISO 19001
