Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Engineering, or a related technical area.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, development, product or process engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Project management knowledge.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter who is organized and adapts to ambiguity and change.
• Professional English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically rigorous root cause analyses to resolve product and process performance issues.
• Review, approve or reject product and process changes, and define qualification test plans for changes.
• Identify, validate and execute cost reduction opportunities through alternate materials, suppliers and process improvements.
• Respond quickly to customer and commercial requests for product changes, and partner with Product Development on rapid adaptations of existing products.
