Job summary

Jeeves is seeking a Product Manager focused on Accounting & Finance Automation to build solutions that connect with ERP and accounting systems across 20+ countries. You’ll automate manual workflows, ensure data accuracy, and empower finance teams to move faster.

The role supports a remote or hybrid setup based out of Mexico City, with potential office visits in Roma Norte. Strong accounting knowledge and AI prototyping skills are valued.

Qualifications

• PM with financial systems experience — 3+ years in B2B SaaS/fintech building products that integrate with ERP or accounting platforms.
• Sufficient knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, data analysis).
• Hands-on prototyping with AI tools and excellent written communication.
• LatAm accounting and compliance knowledge is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Ship improvements to the accounting user experience: spend data management, reconciliation, compliance, and audit trails.
• Identify and validate AI automation opportunities — prototype solutions, know when AI fits vs. when deterministic rules are required.
• Drive integration work with ERP and accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Run customer discovery with controllers and CFOs; turn findings into clear specs engineering can build.

You'll build products that accountants, controllers, and finance teams use to manage corporate spend across 20+ countries — automating manual workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and connecting Jeeves to the ERP and accounting systems our customers rely on.

Location

This role is remote or hybrid based out of Mexico City, Mexico, and is a full-time remote position where it is also possible to come into our office in Roma Norte on a flexible schedule.
