ICU Medical in Ensenada seeks a qualified professional with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering or related field to support manufacturing processes. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, and proficient use of Minitab and Microsoft Office.

Fluency in English (90%) is required to communicate effectively with international teams. The role requires knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Kaizen, TPS, and Six Sigma production systems, along with GMP familiarity

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer software packages including Minitab, Microsoft Office, etc.
• 90% English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Kaizen, TPS, and Six Sigma production systems.
• Knowledge and/or use of Quality tools and sampling plans.
• Validation process skills.

Responsabilidades

• One 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, preferably medical devices.
• Required knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulations applicable to the medical industry.
• Personnel supervision skills are desirable.
• Compliance with GMP regulations and all national and international quality standards in accordance with the Quality Manual
