Trane Technologies in Monterrey is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support product design and lifecycle, lead changes in engineering, and coordinate new product introductions at the Monterrey plant.

You will apply CAD, DOE, GD&T, FMEA and statistical tools to drive cost and quality improvements, support product launches, and ensure audits and corporate standards are met.

Formación

• Mechanical/ electrical engineering degree with 5+ years in design and product development.
• Experience with DOE, GD&T, CAD, FMEA, and project management.
• Proficiency with Minitab and PLM tools; strong problem solving and statistics.

Responsabilidades

• Support product design and lifecycle at the Monterrey plant.
• Lead planning, coordination and execution of engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Support launches and implement product improvements focused on cost and quality.
• Ensure audits and standards compliance; meet deadlines for designated activities.

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) ¿Qué hay para ti?

• Dar soporte a la intención de diseño del producto.
• Liderar la planificación, coordinación y ejecución de los cambios de ingeniería e introducción de nuevos productos en planta Monterrey.

Dónde está el trabajo: Este puesto es elegible para un horario de trabajo presencial en la Planta de Apodaca, N.L.

Lo que harás:

• Soporte al diseño y ciclo de vida del producto.
• Introducción y Sostenimiento de Producto.
• Soporte a los lanzamientos de nuevos productos y componentes.
• Desarrollar propuestas de mejora al producto (Cliente, Costo, Procesos) Certificaciones de producto.
• Soportar la información de introducción de nuevos productos.
• Soporte Técnico sirviendo como apoyo a clientes internos y externo.
• Soporte a Operaciones en temas relacionados al producto.
• Hacer recomendaciones a mejoras en el producto.
• Cumplir con los requerimientos en auditorias y estándares de la compañía.
• Completar en tiempo y forma las actividades designadas.
• Resolución de problemas relacionadas con el producto.
• Implementación de proyectos relacionados con el producto.

Lo que traerás:

• Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería eléctrica o Carrera afín.
• (Maestría Deseable)
• Alrededor de 5 años de experiencia en puesto afín Diseño mecánico, DOE, GD&T, CAD, Administración de proyectos, FMEA, Solución de problemas, Herramientas estadísticas, Manejo de proyectos.
• Minitab, MS Project, CreO, PLM.
• Ingles fluido.
