Trane Technologies in Monterrey is seeking an engineer with a completed engineering degree to join our manufacturing team on-site. You will evaluate process capability, define tooling, and standardize work instructions for welding, painting, and machining processes.

You will apply PFMEA knowledge, manage small-batch runs, and document results with clear technical writing. Proficiency in CAD and drawing interpretation, plus fluent conversational English, are essential for collaborating across

• Engineering degree completed is required.
• Experience in document control, PFMEA, welding, machining, and painting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage evaluation tasks to define process capability.
• Define and implement process tools for operators to address PFMEA actions.
• Define standardized work describing key steps and tasks.
• Manage small-batch process runs to assess capability.
• Contribute to resolving issues from initial validation runs.
• Contribute to drafting welding procedures and work instructions.

Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)

Escolaridad/Educación: Ingeniería terminada

Experiencia: Control de documentos, PFMEA, Soldadura, Maquinado, Procesos de pintura

Habilidades administrativas y técnicas: Redacción técnica, Gestión de tareas, CAD 2D y/o 3D, Interpretación de dibujos, Interpretación y definición de mediciones, Ingles conversacional indispensable.

Funciones / Responsabilidades:

• Gestionar tareas de evaluación para definir la capacidad del proceso.
• Definir e implementar herramientas de proceso para operadores con el fin de resolver acciones derivadas del PFMEA.
• Definir trabajo estandarizado que describa los pasos clave del proceso y las tareas.
• Gestionar corridas de proceso en lotes pequeños para evaluar la capacidad y la capacidad productiva.
• Contribuir a la resolución de problemas derivados de corridas iniciales de validación.
• Contribuir a la redacción de Instrucciones de Trabajo y/o Especificaciones de Procedimientos de Soldadura (WPS).
