Daimler Truck AG seeks an experienced professional to lead the development, validation and industrialization of new products at Planta Toluca. You will coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure customer requirements, quality, cost and launch timing are met, while managing the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include exploring new products, developing technical definitions, and coordinating supplier validation and pre-series activities for Toluca plant readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 4-5 years of experience.
• Proficient in NX, AutoCAD and Platon IMS.
• Experience managing suppliers.
• Ability to develop schedules and identify risks.
• Experience with ROI, CAPEX and OPEX.
• Experience with FMEA and Lean Manufacturing.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, validation and industrialization of new products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer, cost, quality and launch timing.
• Develop technical definitions, BOMs, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate supplier development and validation for new products.
• Ensure technical and functional validations with R&D for prototypes and samples.
• Manage pre-series and SOP activity with KPI monitoring.
