IAC Monterrey North Plant is seeking a Product Engineer to oversee end‑to‑end product follow‑up in the automotive interiors sector. You will coordinate engineering changes and serve as the link between the customer and the plant, ensuring timing, cost, and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong follow‑up, organizational and communication skills, plus advanced English. You will work with GM/Tesla accounts and use Core Tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan to translate

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience in automotive industry and interiors.
• Experience with direct customer interaction.
• Advanced English is required.
• GM and/or Tesla experience desirable.
• Knowledge of Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan.
• Knowledge of BOM management and routings.
• ERP systems experience desirable.
• Experience with QAD, Prolink, and Teamcenter.

Product Engineer

At IAC Monterrey North Plant, we are looking for a Product Engineer with experience in the automotive industry, responsible for providing end-to-end product follow-up, coordinating engineering changes, and serving as the link between the customer and the plant.

This position requires a professional with strong follow‑up, organizational, and communication skills, capable of translating customer requirements into actionable plans with internal teams and ensuring proper implementation in terms of timing, cost, and quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Knowledge of engineering changes, BOM management, and routings.
• Experience with ERP systems is desirable.
• Experience with QAD, Prolink, and Teamcenter is preferred.
