About position

Responsible for the development, validation, and launch of braking and suspension components for commercial vehicles, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and product reliability. Leads cross-functional innovation and product improvement initiatives, driving customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and successful product implementation.

Specific duties:

• Product development and optimization (testing)
• Creation and review of DFMEA
• Daily production line support
• BOM management
• Daily remote interaction (English bilingual)
• Data analysis for continuous improvement
• Deviations management

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in similar position in a manufacturing environment (Desirable Automotive Companies)
• Core tools knowledge, proficiency in APQP
• Previous experience in modeling software on PTC, Creo / SolidWorks
• Experience in engineering drawings, creation / interpretation
• Strong knowledge in 8D problem solving
