Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in visual, product, or digital design.
• Experience with content-rich or CMS-driven environments.
• Strong storytelling and strategic communication with clients.

• Professional English proficiency for work with US-based teams.

• Support workshops and presentations as a key design contributor, building trust and credibility through clear storytelling, thoughtful communication, and demonstration of design impact.
• Use motion and interaction design strategically to enhance clarity, guide user attention, and reinforce experiences in ways that communicate intent and craftsmanship.
