Celestica is seeking a Financial Analysis Specialist in Monterrey to provide product cost and pricing support across production. You will analyze profitability by product, build cost models, and contribute to business cases for capex and design changes.

You will train junior staff, lead process improvement initiatives, and communicate complex financial data to internal stakeholders with clarity and precision.

Formación

• Three to six years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical, cost, pricing, and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide product cost and pricing support for all products in production for the site or region.
• Determine profitability by product using price and cost models and business cases.
• Conduct product cost analysis, track material costs, and recover costs on EC, NRE, upgrade, and rework activities.
• Train and guide junior staff and lead project teams to improve related processes.
