Robert Bosch Group is seeking a Plant Cost Controlling professional to drive cost calculation and standard costing processes in a manufacturing setting. You will manage budgets, perform month-end close analyses, and track KPIs to ensure cost efficiency and target achievement.

The role requires strong analytical ability, Excel expertise, and SAP experience, with attention to internal controls and maquila rules. Fluency in English is needed in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Experience in plant controlling activities and product cost calculation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including briefs and reports.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and experience using an ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
• Accounting standards, internal controls requirements and some knowledge of maquila rules.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare annual business plan.
• Analyze actual material, labor and overhead cost vs standards/budgets.
• Execute and analyze month-end plant reporting.
• Track target costs.
• Analyze budgets to eliminate wasteful spending.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Oversee CAPEX investments analysis.
• Lead Product Cost Controlling activities.
• Calculate standard costs; revise and approve Scrap & Cycle Count adjustments.
