Amphenol TCS de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a compliance specialist to ensure product regulatory compliance across domestic and international markets. You will review BOMs, engineering drawings, and material specs, and support audits while coordinating with the EHS&S team.

The role requires interpreting health and safety laws, performing data analysis and risk assessments, and communicating findings in English. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in occupational health and safety or a similar position.
• Ability to interpret BOMs, engineering drawings, and material specifications.
• Experience in analyzing materials, components, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety laws and regulations.
• Ability to perform data analysis and risk assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that products and materials comply with environmental regulations and restricted substance requirements.
• Identify risks related to restricted substances and escalate potential compliance issues.
• Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to identify risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Review BOMs, engineering drawings, and material specifications.
• Analyze the composition of materials and components used in products.
• Respond to and follow up on product compliance requests from domestic and international customers.
• Prepare and provide compliance documentation in accordance with each customer’s specific formats and requirements.
• Provide support during internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits.
• Maintain records and documented evidence demonstrating product regulatory compliance.
• Provide support to the Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) team.
