An international automotive manufacturer located in San Luis Potosí is seeking a highly structured Product Audit Coordinator to manage product audits, ensure compliance, and drive quality improvements. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, and a strong grasp of testing methodologies. Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries.
  • Proven expertise in Electrical/Electronic (E/E) operations.
  • Relevant certifications in High Voltage or calibration are advantageous.

What awaits you?

You are responsible for the overall management and quality of product audits, driving standardization, compliance, and proactive problem resolution across the production site.

  • Lead and oversee all product evaluations and requalification tests, managing comprehensive testing to ensure performance, safety, and reliability standards are consistently met.
  • Develop, approve, and maintain master checklists and specific test requirements to standardize audit processes across the local site and partner plants.
  • Oversee the identification, documentation, and reporting of quality deviations, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective actions.
  • Lead detailed fault analyses on energy modules, including interfaces with vehicle systems and production test systems, providing expert technical guidance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all test requirements while optimizing capacity utilization for maximum efficiency within the testing department.
  • Drive the implementation, performance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, covering occupational safety, environmental protection, and quality.
  • Serve as a key sensor role by integrating recurring error patterns into problem management processes, proactively fostering continuous improvement in product and process quality.
What should you bring along?

We are seeking a highly structured, experienced, and technically proficient professional with a strong background in automotive quality assurance and testing.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in the automotive or other manufacturing industries.
  • Proven expertise in Electrical/Electronic (E/E) operations.
  • Solid knowledge of measurement equipment and testing methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in High Voltage or calibration are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a structured approach.
  • Business fluent in English is required.
