Thales in Cuernavaca is seeking a Product Architect – Digital Commerce to design and deploy next-generation merchant tokenization and payment solutions for our flagship SaaS platform, D1. Your work will directly impact secure, scalable transactions for merchants and wallets worldwide.

You’ll lead UX workshops with business owners and regional teams, collaborate with international partners, and help shape roadmaps with Product Managers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field with 10+ years in technical product management or software architecture.
• Expertise in payments and development (Java, APIs, ETL) with ability to craft architectural software.
• Experience shaping modern user experiences and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Outstanding communicator who collaborates with multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and able to prioritize in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Innovation: capture business and technical needs and shape them into robust, forward-thinking solutions for Merchants and Wallets.
• Craft Experiences: run UX workshops with business owners and regional teams to design frictionless journeys.
• Architect the Future: define how applications interact across personalization processes and secure architectures (APIs, ETL, integrations).
• Drive Excellence: pilot proofs-of-concept, demos, and simulations to validate ideas with users.
• Collaborate Globally: work with partners, business lines, and international teams for successful deployments.
• Accelerate Go-to-Market: align with Product Managers to refine roadmaps and support pre-sales.
• Continuously Improve: scale and harmonize platforms to meet tomorrow’s challenges.
