Crane ChemPharma & Energy is seeking a Buyer in Chihuahua to ensure material availability, supplier performance, and inventory optimization in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will manage purchasing for assigned commodities and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, experience in manufacturing procurement, advanced English, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, planning, or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Kanban, pull systems, lean manufacturing, or supplier management is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage purchasing activities and material replenishment for assigned commodities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor MRP requirements, Kanban levels, and purchase orders to ensure continuous supply.
• Drive inventory optimization, supplier performance improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support sourcing projects and help implement lean manufacturing practices across the supply chain.
• Resolve delivery, quality, cost, and inventory-related challenges while maintaining excellent customer service levels.
