Procurement Specialist: SAP & Supplier Delivery

Job summary

Littelfuse, a global industrial technology company, is seeking a Procurement Buyer to support procurement activities, monitor supplier delivery, and maintain purchasing data in SAP to ensure material availability for plant operations.

You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on cost improvements, quotations, and sourcing decisions while maintaining strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Strong supplier relationship building with internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience highly desirable.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive team player with attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier delivery performance and follow up on late shipments.
• Create and maintain supplier master records and pricing conditions in SAP.
• Analyze and resolve blocked invoices due to pricing discrepancies.
• Collect and analyze supplier quotations; support cost comparisons and sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on engineering changes.
• Track supplier quality incidents and support supplier performance improvement.
