Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office; SAP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier delivery performance (OTD) and follow up on late shipments to ensure material availability.
• Create and maintain supplier master records, purchasing info records, and pricing in SAP; manage supplier price changes.
• Analyze and resolve blocked invoices due to pricing discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Request, collect, and analyze supplier quotations for new/existing parts; prepare cost comparisons for sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support engineering changes and plant requirements.
• Track supplier quality incidents and corrective actions with Quality and Engineering teams.
