Bosch México seeks an experienced Procurement Quality Expert for our site in Cienega, Mexico. You will oversee supplier quality performance and preventive activities, working with suppliers and cross-functional teams to manage risks and ensure the quality of procured parts throughout the product lifecycle.

You will lead supplier development, execute audits and participate in PPAP/ISIR processes, applying structured problem solving to root causes and driving continuous improvement across material

Formación

• Experience in supplier quality management and preventive quality planning.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP/ISIR and production process releases.
• Structured problem solving including 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa and root cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure supplier quality performance and preventive quality activities across material groups.
• Lead supplier development and manage quality risks with cross-functional teams.

• On-time closure of supplier 8Ds and corrective actions | ≥ 90%
• Completion of planned supplier audits, technical assessments and process releases | ≥ 95%
• Recovery of supplier-responsible quality and warranty costs | ≥ 80%

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Procurement Quality Expert to join our team in Cienega, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for supplier quality performance and preventive quality activities within assigned material groups. You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to manage quality risks, lead supplier development activities and ensure the quality of procured parts throughout the product lifecycle.

• Supplier process audits, technical assessments and production process releases
