Carrier Corporation in Santa Catarina, Mexico seeks a Procurement Purchasing specialist to support production by ensuring timely procurement of materials. You will generate POs in SAP, coordinate with suppliers, and work with internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and supplier communications.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and manage purchase orders in SAP to support production and business requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders to ensure timely supplier confirmations and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials and resolve shortages, delays, or delivery issues.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Support procurement activities through data analysis, cost tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the role

As a Procurement Purchasing, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring the timely procurement and availability of materials required for production. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity, resolve delivery issues, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
