The role provides hands-on experience in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, sourcing activities, data analysis, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Solution‑oriented and proactive mindset.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations.
• Commercial knowledge and basic understanding of Purchasing and Logistics.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with QAD and Adobe Acrobat is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process across its stages.
• Develop proficiency in QAD and other procurement tools.
• Support the RFQ and sourcing process, including quotation analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and other departments to streamline purchasing.
• Analyze spending and purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and reporting procurement KPIs.
• Prepare basic reports to support decision-making within the procurement team.
