Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Procurement professional for its Gas Services line in Mexico. The role focuses on end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, supplier selection, pricing negotiations, contract administration, and supplier performance management.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, strong experience in tactical and strategic sourcing, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Min 3 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for direct and indirect operations to secure optimal commercial terms.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and project alignment.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes from initiation through to supplier selection and award.
• Order Processing & Contract Administration: execute and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery; administer contracts; coordinate with logistics, quality, and finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs to ensure quality and delivery compliance.
• Resolve supplier non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.

To support Siemens Energy's Gas Services, this role is established to ensure the efficient acquisition of direct goods and services required for Service Operations. To address this business aim, this role focuses on the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, encompassing product/service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing negotiations, contract administration, and supplier performance management. Given the focus on operational procurement, the ideal candidate will possess solid experience in tactical sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration, with a strong ability to manage supplier relationships within a global organizational framework.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Min 3 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
