Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a data-driven analyst to support the Americas Indirect Procurement category management team in Monterrey. You will drive data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional procurement initiatives while enabling scalable processes and business value.

The role offers a path toward a Category Manager position and requires collaboration with global teams to standardize processes. 2+ years in supply chain preferred; strong Excel/PowerBI skills required.

Formación

• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related area.
• Prefer minimum 2 years experience in supply chain/operations.
• Proven proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel (VBA, macros, pivot tables).
• Proficiency with PowerBI and other data visualization tools.
• Basic proficiency with consumer AI LLMs.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• English language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports Commodity Managers with data collection and analysis for sourcing projects.
• Supports and in some cases owns data for organizational KPIs including cost savings and spend under contract.
• Aggregates data from multiple sources and analyzes to improve metrics.
• Identifies data integrity issues and develops processes to resolve discrepancies.
• Owns day-to-day procurement activities related to assigned categories.
• Supports data analysis for Total Cost of Ownership to aid negotiations.
• Supports and in some cases leads project management activities for strategic sourcing projects.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders to realize strategic and financial value.
