Skills & Qualifications Required

• Undergraduate Degree or pursuing one, with 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum internal process tenure of 2 years
• Ability to perform basic case processing
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert
• Manage internal process escalations
• Support new hires and conduct supplemental QA checks
• Assist with SOP updates and training as a backup resource

• Research company information to reflect latest updates
• Communicate changes to Salesforce Account Executives
