Nuvnext in Mexico is seeking a chemical engineering graduate or near graduate who can model production processes and convert them into actionable models that an optimizer can read and improve.

You will learn the Labs platform, model a real process, and collaborate with the team to deliver a measurable optimization.

The role emphasizes a pragmatic, data-driven mindset, strong communication, and willingness to learn Python if needed.

Formación

• A chemical engineering degree, finished or nearly finished.
• You code in Python or are willing to learn fast.
• You care more about measuring than about presenting.
• You can explain a process to the people who run it and to the people who code it.

Responsabilidades

• Model production processes: balances, batches, losses and constraints.
• Turn that model into part of the ontology of the client's operation.
• Formulate optimization problems and compare them with classical and quantum solvers.
• Measure the result against current operations before proposing it.
