PepsiCo Mexico City is seeking a Process Excellence Financial Planning Coordinator to standardize and optimize financial planning processes within the MCC hub. You will map current-state workflows, support automation, and manage PMO tracking to ensure data integrity during transformations.

You’ll collaborate with ICC hub counterparts, develop user guides, and assist finance partners during rollouts, driving efficient reporting and smooth change adoption.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Process Excellence or Business Transformation.
• Ability to dissect complex workflows and document steps clearly.
• Experience with data visualization and automation tools to improve reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process Mapping & Opportunity Identification within MCC hub.
• Automation & Digital Tool Deployment for finance processes.
• PMO Tracking & Portfolio Reporting with milestone updates.
• Cross-Hub Standardization with ICC hub for SOPs and processes.
• User Training & Change Management support during rollouts.
