Job Summary

Development, implementation, and improvement of processes; keep machines running efficiently. Take corrective and preventive actions to solve problems using established methodologies. Continuous improvement in productivity and scrap indicators. Ensure equipment operates safely.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Monitor and update assigned KPIs, implement actions to keep them on target
• Maintain product traceability throughout the process
• Implement actions to reduce scrap
• Participate in keeping the area within 5S metric goals
• Implement actions to reduce real defects identified by Electrical Test Engineer
• Generate and/or update process documentation (visual aids, parameter sheets, process deviations, standard work documentation)
• Participate in Kaizen events
