Gentherm México is seeking a Process Engineer II to drive standardization across manufacturing plants in Mexico and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with Global Process Owner to create guidelines, optimize lines, and support new programs and equipment. The role requires strong background in manufacturing processes and Lean tools.

The position is based in Monterrey with exposure to multiple plants, and offers growth within Gentherm’s global automotive technology team.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes or similar position.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with problem solving tools: 5W, 8D, DMAIC, PDCA.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information for the creation of the Process Design Guideline to ensure global standardization.
• Standardize equipment and processes in Mexican plants.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen and lean initiatives to improve productivity.
• Create and update work instructions and process documentation.
• Support NPI with launching engineers and new machines.
