Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Mexico City is recruiting a CitiGold Relationship Banker, an early-career role focusing on client needs and asset allocation. You will engage with clients to validate needs and advance relationships, while learning CitiGold products and financial planning basics.

The position targets individuals with 0–2 years of experience, strong relationship skills, and readiness to pursue mandatory certifications for selling financial products, within a dynamic banking team.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Client Account Management: review CG customer needs and asset allocation.
• Advise CG customers to enrich relationships and sell products/services.
• Review product penetration for the client base and identify potential CG customers.
• Ensure coverage of relationships through engagements, risk profiling and financial planning.
• Organize CG customer events to enhance customer bonding.
• Acquire new CitiGold customers through referrals.
• Compliance, Risk & Controls and AML adherence.
