Qualifications

• Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work from academic, freelance, internship, or professional projects.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and translate creative direction into effective designs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, ads, social media graphics, email assets, signage, and presentations.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing partners to turn project needs into polished creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
