Industrias SL, S.A. de C.V. in Mexicali, Mexico, seeks a Principal Engineer to serve as the global technical authority for manufacturing test technologies across AI Power Supply and Plasma Power products. You will steer global test strategy, governance, and standardization.

The role requires 12+ years in electronics manufacturing test, 5+ years leading global initiatives, and deep expertise in AI Power supplies, Plasma Power Systems, ICT, FCT, Burn-In and reliability testing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical/electronics power engineering or related.
• 12+ years in electronics manufacturing test engineering.
• 5+ years leading global test technology initiatives.
• Strong expertise in AI power supplies, plasma power systems, ICT, FCT, Burn-In and reliability testing.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the global technical authority for manufacturing test technologies for AI Power Supply and Plasma Power products.
• Lead global test strategy, DFT governance, ICT coverage optimization, and functional test architecture.
• Oversee burning methodologies and reliability screening to ensure product quality.
• Drive AI-driven test analytics and global manufacturing test standardization.

The Principal Engineer serves as the global technical authority for manufacturing test technologies supporting AI Power Supply and Plasma Power products. The role leads global test strategy, DFT governance, ICT coverage optimization, functional test architecture, burning methodologies, reliability screening, AI-driven test analytics, and global manufacturing test standardization

• 12+ years of electronics manufacturing test engineering experience.
