Hussmann-American, S. de R.L. de C.V. seeks a Principal Engineer to ensure design integrity for Core Portfolio display cases. You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor engineers, and provide expert guidance to customers while aligning with market needs and regulations.

The role reports to the Chief Engineer – Core and Distributed Products, requires deep refrigeration know‑how, and involves strategic decisions to drive product performance and cost objectives with 25% travel.

Formación

• 10-15 years of related engineering experience in commercial refrigeration.
• Expert knowledge of refrigeration systems incl. DX, trans‑critical CO2, A2L, and R290.
• BS in Engineering; MS preferred; willingness to travel 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction on product design and project planning.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure design integrity and on‑time delivery.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote IP within the design process.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
