KEMET de México is seeking a Pricing Specialist for on‑site work in Monterrey to manage RFQ packages and contract pricing in the ERP system. The role collaborates with Sales and Product Managers to ensure accurate, timely pricing for global customers and supports cross‑functional integration projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields, advanced English, and strong Excel/Power BI skills, with 1+ year in customer care or sales operations.

• Support Sales and Product Managers with pricing reports and special projects.
• Provide pricing information to support face‑to‑face negotiations.
• Collaborate on integration projects to improve cross‑functional processes.

As a Pricing Specialist you will be responsible for processing worldwide RFQ packages (including annual and quarterly quotations) and maintaining contract price records within the ERP system. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales and Product Managers to ensure timely and accurate pricing for customers and will work cross‑functionally with other departments to streamline processes and contribute to integration projects. This is a full‑time, 100% on‑site position located at our offices in Monterrey, NL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems and in Sales Operations.
• 1+ year Customer Care or Sales experience.
