KEMET de México, a YAGEO Group Company, seeks a Manufacturing-Operational Excellence Coordinator to lead lean initiatives, optimize KPI performance, and drive cost-saving actions at the San Nicolás, NL plant. The role manages people and projects in a full-time, on-site capacity within an international team.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing, with advanced English, leadership and analytical skills essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing methodologies, problem solving tools, BOM.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate resources and Support department toward business goals.
• Cost controls in the area (Direct and Indirect Materials, Labor, etc).
• Present results on Meetings (Monthly, Weekly, Mfg).
• Plan for Staff Cross training.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies (eliminate waste).
• Project administration for improvements.

Manufacturing‑Operational Excellence Coordinator to analyze and improve manufacturing systems. This position is responsible of people and projects management, cost saving initiatives, capacity models and collaborates with multidisciplinary team to improve critical KPI’s for the operation using lean manufacturing tools. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located at our San Nicolás, NL plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic engineering or similar required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing methodologies, problem solving tools, BOM.
