Crown Holdings, Inc. in Monterrey seeks a commercial management professional to join its team, focusing on pricing, margins, KPIs, and reporting for a global packaging leader.

The candidate will develop and monitor profit margin reports, manage pricing requests, and automate reporting in a multinational environment. Strong Excel and English skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, International Business, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial management or commercial administrative areas.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of commercial management dashboards and KPIs.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor profit margin reports.
• Prepare and manage pricing requests.
• Calculate prices according to established commercial pricing formulas.
• Administer monthly reconciliations for pricing, packaging materials, and volume rebates.
• Calculate reserves related to reconciliations and rebates.
• Manage administrative credit/debit notes resulting from commercial adjustments.
• Analyze freight charges versus tariffs and logistics costs.
• Update economic indicators and executive reports.
• Develop price forecasts and presentations for management.
• Analyze and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes within the commercial area.
