Crown Holdings, Inc. in Nuevo León is offering an internship in accounting, designed for active students who can balance evening classes. You will assist with invoicing, supplier records, and reports under supervision of the Controlling department.

The role requires intermediate English and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office. The internship provides a stipend, life insurance, and exposure to financial processes in a global manufacturing company.

Formación

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accounting preferred), with evening class availability.
• At least one year remaining before graduation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Intermediate English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Send invoices to customers via email and customer portals.
• Follow up on invoicing issues, including invoice resubmissions and administrative re-invoicing.
• Record supplier invoices in the accounting system, including customs broker entries, professional fees, and expenses.
• Review trial balances, monitor investments, and generate fixed asset and inventory reports.
• Support tax compliance requirements and manage document vault records.
• Provide general support to the Controlling department in various activities.

Job Description:

Send invoices to customers via email and customer portals.

Follow up on invoicing issues, including invoice resubmissions and administrative re-invoicing.
