The role involves documenting parameters in SAP, working with production and engineering teams, and supporting lean manufacturing practices to improve output and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or injection molding experience.
• Knowledge of mold setup, changeovers, and process control.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures.
• SAP and Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold setup, changeovers, and equipment preparation for production.
• Monitor molding processes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot processes and adjust to maintain stability and meet specs.
• Document process parameters and shop orders in SAP and systems.
• Collaborate with team to support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
