Magna Seating in Saltillo, Mexico, seeks a quality internship (Co-Op) to learn and contribute within a manufacturing environment. You will assist in tracking quality indicators, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives under supervision.

Ideal candidates are Industrial Engineering students with intermediate English, strong Excel/Office skills, and knowledge of KPIs and basic quality standards; Core Tools exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Active student in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Intermediate English (reading, writing and basic communication).
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Data analysis and interpretation.
• Creation and tracking of KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and systems.
• Desirable Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA (AMEF), SPC.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monitoring and analysis of quality indicators.
• Prepare reports and performance presentations.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support updating quality documentation.
• Collaborate in internal audits and follow-up corrective actions.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing information related to processes and products.
• Participate in Core Tools projects and customer requirements.
