Capgemini Mexico in Aguascalientes is seeking a SharePoint & Power BI Support Analyst to provide high-volume ticket-based support across Microsoft tools. You will resolve issues in Power BI, SharePoint Online/On-Premises, and Excel, while assisting with access management and third-party applications.

Formación

• Customer-focused mindset and strong user support experience.
• Proficient with Power BI, SharePoint Online/On-Premises, and Excel.
• Experience in ticket-based support environments and ITIL-like processes.
• Ability to document resolutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-volume, ticket-based support for business users across Microsoft applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel; manage user access requests and permissions.
• Assist with basic security administration and application access support.
• Support enterprise third-party applications (MRI, Argus, Nexus Payable) as needed.
• Document incident resolutions and contribute to knowledge management and process improvements.
