Tecnológico de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Behavioral and Experimental Economics to join the School of Social Sciences and Government. The position focuses on developing an independent research agenda and contributing to strategic initiatives within ECSG.

Formación

• PhD in Economics or a related field.
• Strong interest and potential to develop a high-impact theoretical and/or applied research agenda.
• Experience in attracting and managing research funding, preferably involving international projects or interdisciplinary collaborations.
• Ability to develop and manage research projects both independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an independent multidisciplinary research agenda focused on behavioral and experimental economics.
• Identify and participate in national and international research funding opportunities and strategic collaborations with academic institutions, NGOs, private organizations, and other partners.
• Contribute to the development and publication of research in high-impact academic journals.
• Support the implementation, operation, and development of the new Behavioral and Experimental Economics Laboratory, including experimental design, data collection, and analysis.
• Participate in the mentoring and involvement of undergraduate and graduate students in research activities.
• Strengthen national and international academic networks through participation in conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Collaborate in incorporating research findings into teaching and in developing innovative, evidence-based educational materials.
• Participate in scientific dissemination activities to expand the social impact of the research generated by ECSG.
